Trade for a-rod? what would you give?

The Dodgers are clearly the few teams that have both the ability to afford A-rod, the need for a player of his ability, and the depth of young player/prospects to interest the Yankees.

Since this will most likely be the most talked about madness this winter (and probably end up not happening, but hey it's fun to speculate)

so.. what would you do ? for a deal that the Yankees might agree on, and the Dodgers might be able to live with?

The Yankee needs obviously go from
SP -> corner infielders -> Catcher-> RP -> OF -> Middling infielders

we aren't giving up Martin that's for sure, and while we have plenty of interesting OFs, so do the Yankees.

Anyway, how about.

Brad Penny/ Hong Chih Kuo / Brazoban/ Laroche
for A-rod strait up?

I think the Yankees could go for this one, would it pain the Dodger too much though?

You don't want one of the best players in the game? Out of NY -- A-Rod will thrive. (not like he hasn't had some great seasons in the Bronx, already) Besides, it's pitching that has kept the Yankees out of the series, NOT A-Rod. He's taken way too much heat. But, that comes with the contract, I guess.
