I could be wrong but I believe Mr. Jamie Pedroza is the first Dodger drafted in 07 to make it up to High A. He skipped low A after dominating for Odgen, in the Pioneer Rookie League, and made his High A debut on Aug 29th, playing SS for the injured Ivan De Jesus.

Jamie is the brother of Sergio Pedroza who was drafted by the Dodger in the 2005 draft in the 3rd round. He was then dealt as part of the Lugo deal last year.

Jamie has been one of the biggest if not the biggest surprise of the 2007 draft so far for the Dodgers. At only 20 years old his 981OPS was the 5th best in the Pioneer league before his promotion. As a SS!
