I’m sad that the most interesting man in the world does not approve of what I did today.

Who’s the most interesting man in the world? Tripp Cromer?

A spokes person for Dos Equis. He’s a lover, not a fighter, but he’s also a fighter so don’t get any ideas.

The spokesperson for Busch Light is a redneck in a wife-beater who beats his wife. He’s also a fighter.

I just noticed Nomar is leading off. That has to be an even worse choice than Matt Kemp. Nice job, Torre.
Dear Joe Torre,
If you keep on batting Blake DeWitt 8th, that means you think he’s the worst hitter in the lineup, and that includes being worse than hitters like Nomar, who aren’t very good. If you don’t think he’s hitting well right now, why won’t you play Andy LaRoche at 3B since he’s the better player?
Sincerely,
Every Dodger Fan
P.S. Stop listening to Plaschke. He doesn’t know what he is talking about. Also, he ate the cruller off your desk this morning.
I have two choices: go see someone named Paula Fuga and pull some made tail with my “hey I’m famous on the internet” line, or continue sitting on my coach drinking Newcastle.
I’m torn.

I think you should go out because I want to see if that line works.

I guess I was wrong with my “there’s no way we’ll ever miss Cody Ross” prediction.

I assume your “there’s no way we’ll ever miss Luis Gonzalez” prediction will still hold true.

Someone’s getting DUI right outside my window. Exciting.

That’s the spokesperson for Coors Light. Zing!

2 hits means 2 more weeks of playing time.

They’re giving us a flash flood warning right now, I’m not really sure why.

Sounds like you’re not going out now.

Paula Fuga is apparently a ukelele player.
I need to find something else to do.

I’ve seen video of a good uke player or two.

I doubt there will be mad tail there.

They’re low-maintenance! Dinners will always be at Subway.

Dammit Nomar, why can’t you place weak ground balls like Andy.

We can all thank Nomar because while we didn’t get a win, we get free baseball.

And I have encouragement to stay on my butt. I might end up breaking my weekend rule.

If I come to work on Monday without at least one good story, I failed the weekend.
I went bowling last night since I hung out with a bunch of 20 year olds.

So on Saturday, some chick got pulled over and then the cops talked to her for a second, and then drove off.
“Huh, that’s nice”

I constantly complain to my ex co worker that the new interns never have any good stories, it would be hypocritical of me to not contribute.

Just go in, punch the smallest guy in the face, and then say “And that was just the beginning of what my night was like.” Then walk away, put on some sunglasses, and smoke a cigarette.

I just noticed Andruw has K’d 4 times tonight. Jesus.

So did he booed for K’ing or cheered for getting on base?

DAMN IT, KEMP! He’s trying to get traded. Striking out is anti-clutch for Joe Torre.
by Tango and Cash on Jul 12, 2008 10:36 PM PDT reply actions
At least DeWitt K’d. Can’t trade Kemp if DeWitt Ks, too!

I’m staying in tonight. I think I’m going to have to run on the field at the game tomorrow to get a story.

I’m rewatching Freaks and Geeks. I’m enjoying it.

I’m watching Ed Wood. It’s surreal watching the scenes where they’re filming Plan 9 From Outer Space.
