Since 1956 12 teams have gotten 13 hits in a game and failed to score a run. The Dodgers are number now number 13. 13 hits without a run also happens to be the record for most hits without sending anyone across the plate. Also, prior to this game, the Dodgers have never been shutout with more than 10 hits.

Unsurprisingly, the 2008 Dodgers are the only the team ever to get shutout with 13 hits and win a game where they got no hits.

Well Billingsly gave up his share of hits too…Killed his WHIP but hey the dodgers were ERA saviors and WHIP killers themselves tonight!

13...that can't be good.

I just get a terrible feeling about this team. They have the talent, but they’re unable to execute. Usually fans say something is “painful to watch” as a cliche, but this team actually has me in pain. There is no situation where they can fail in letting you down.
