ump has consistently been calling the high strike, not the low

not going to second guess the pitch selection though, those are still strikes and should be for any umpire.

but if pitchtrax can be relied upon, and I don’t trust it, there have low strikes completely in the red box uncalled

I remember these guys from last year's ALCS

They spent the first four games talking about what a great story the Rays were. And then Boston overcame a seven-run deficit in game 5 and all of a sudden they jumped all over THEIR bandwagon, like they were trying to set up the “incredible comeback” angle (though the Red Sox have done this so many times it’s become almost routine; quite annoying, really).
