Who had a solo shot from a left handed first baseman to take an early lead.

Because our offense is going to split the Fillmes in half!

Our offseason is gonna be messy
If the McCourts can’t figure it out. If Jaime ends up as sole owner, will she make some weird changes? I guess she can’t be worse than her husband, or better for that matter.

That is pretty good.

Career Split against us
.378 .511 .622 1.132
Next closest is Arizona at a .891 OPS when looking at more then 10 at bats. So against us he’s 250 OPS better then against anyone else, and almost .500 points better then his norm.

“Skinny: Simulator Fun Facts… My simulator and Vegas are in very good agreement on the Game #2 win probabilities. The Game #1 loss dropped the Dodgers ‘Series Win Probability’ down to 38.1%. A win tomorrow will raise it back up to 51.9%, while a loss would drop it to a depressing 19.9%.”
by Jacob Burch on Oct 16, 2009 2:57 PM PDT up reply actions 0 recs
Is that from a strictly historical perspective
or does it factor in matchups, etc. I’m basing a lot of my pessimism on facing their ace in game 3, v. a guy for us who’s been hurt.
by oshea2002 on Oct 16, 2009 2:58 PM PDT up reply actions 0 recs

20% is kind of pessimistic
not exactly of a fan of 1 in 5 odds. Still we only need to win two games in Philly. We did that once already this year, we can do it again. No need to ride the negative train until we have lost all four games.
