AND YOU CAN PUT IT ON THE BOARDDDDDDDDDDDD!!!!!!!!!!
YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS
I actually think it's been pretty decent.
Couple possibly questionable borderline calls, but you’ll always get those. There’s been nothing egregious, I think.
cmon insurance
Because when I think of Boris Diaw, I think of Beethoven and the age of Romanticism....
If he doesn't pinch hit he's not coming in
this is not Sept, Joe is not going to waste a bench spot this early in the game.

Thank goodness for caffeine. Otherwise I’d be useless at work later today. :)

Didn't Torre use Sherril close only once this year?
People act like Joe might change it up at any moment.

Ok guys
How amazing was Kemp’s shot? I only heard that he hit a homer in the first, and nothing else about it.
Best part was watching the CF
turn his back and run with no place to run to
Patience is for those who die waiting for something to happen
By the way, why didn't Hudson come in for Belliard this inning?
He just batted this past inning – time for a defensive replacement, I’d think. Is Torre really saving him to pinch hit for the pitcher in a couple innings?
To early
thin bench since we have already used Pierre/Thome. Do you want Castro to pinch hit?
Patience is for those who die waiting for something to happen
You guys act like Belliard is some kind of butcher at 2nd
the numbers don’t support that conclusion. Sure he didn’t catch the fly bal in the 1st inning but he’s been solid at 2nd since he showed up.
Patience is for those who die waiting for something to happen
I'ts the 7th inning
who does straight defensive replacements in the 7th inning.
Patience is for those who die waiting for something to happen
Well, the pitcher's spot just batted, so it's not coming up for awhile.
And I’d rather get the defensive advantage for longer, given a 3 run lead and a negligible offensive difference.
We'll just have to agree to disagree.
I think there’s a decent chance we don’t get to use him as a pinch hitter anyway, so might as well get his superior defense in the game.
You don't want to get a Molina wet
They will multiply. And don’t feed them after midnight – they’ll get really fat
well someone must have gotten one wet
Considering that half the teams in baseball have a Molina on them. :)

nothing like setting a record in the 7th inning.

Keith Law says Schumacher is more or less a butcher at 2B
For what that’s worth. No idea on him in CF.
He got better as the season went on according
to those who follow the Cardinals. I expect he’s not much of a centerfielder. Lugo sucks at 2nd.
Patience is for those who die waiting for something to happen
Lakers
I love the Lakers…with a passion.
BUT NOBODY GIVES A FUCK ABOUT PRESEASON BASKETBALL, ESPECIALLY WHEN PLAYED AT THE SAME TIME AS A PLAYOFF BASEBALL GAME.
Thanks.

I was excited to watch the Pacers
Play in China at 7:30 a.m. EST tomorrow, but I would’ve had to work during the Dodgers game the next night if I did that. I think my priorities are straight at the moment.
We are going to put this so out of reach Loretta is going to pitch

To Pujols

I was thinking of the TBS negatives...
…but those are great points.
Stockton doesn't bother me
he’s been giving the Dodgers tons of props all night. The Carpenter stuff was a little much but no real complaints for me compared to Buck who I despise these days.

Couple more innings … I’d like to see a couple more funs for the Dodgers though, just to be safer.

espnstatsinfo: From our man J-Mac in research: Matt Kemp: 1st Dodgers CF with a postseason HR since Jimmy Wynn in Game 1 of 1974 World Series.
Ahhhh…1974…one of my favorite years. Except that we lost the WS. Let’s not repeat that this year, gents!
