wow from the AL yesterday where absolutley NONE of the choices where correct...
to the NL where ALmost ALL the choices are correct..
the only ones which where maybe incorrect where odog over utley and victorino over cameron but did anyone expect victorino not to get one anyways?
so it looks like the NL have some very SMART coaches and managers while the ones in the AL arent…

yeah i understand that..
but you cant give him a GG cause he got injured and missed the last month and a half…
but i defintly agree… if he didnt get injured he is the best defenseive centerfielder in the NL and 2nd behind franklin of the mariners..

Morgan, Cameron, Werth
Had to have at least one corner guy, imo.
All 3 have defensive track records, sabermetrically and scouting.

1. Does he realize his base running needs to improve and can he have his agent hire Davy Lopes as a consultant?
2. Given that he has the speed to play a solid center field how hard is he working on learning how to play center field since the subjective view is that he needs a lot of work in that area?
3. Do the baseball Annies get better as you move up the chain or is totally dependent on the town/city?
4. Is he faster then Dee Flash Gordon?
5. What pitchers has he seen pitch in our organization that he’d hate to hit against?
As you can see I don’t have much. I bet the group here could come up some interesting questions.

Orlando Hudson
for some reason I don’t think Joe Torre and our coaches voted for him. If they did and he was still benched they must have thought he was going to be a complete zero at the plate this Sept. In all the years I’ve watched baseball I don’t ever recall a veteran incumbent like Orlando getting benched for a waiver wire pickup. If Hudson was not hurt this has to be one of the strangest benchings in playoff history.

is Adrian Gonzalez that great of a defensive first baseman? Is he even better than Loney? Also – David Wright is a machine.

I'm a Mets fan
I love me some David Wright. I don’t think he’s nearly as bad as his -13.2 UZR/150 suggests. But I also live in DC, so I see a good amount of Ryan Zimmerman, and he is every bit as good as his 20.1 UZR/150 suggests. He’s flat out awesome defensively.
It makes me a little sad though that the only reason Zimmerman beat out Wright for the GG this year is b/c he had a better year at the plate. If Wright had another .300+, 30+ HR, 100+ RBI year, I’m sure he wins his 3rd straight gold glove.
"[The Giants] beat us down. We were beat by a grown-man team, a team we want to be like one day. They came in here and took it to us. Out-manned us, out-gunned us. ... It wasn't even close." - Raheem Morris, 9/27/09
