I ran the sim 10K times and that is what it came out to be. Then I ran it one time for the actual game result. :)

i was talking to david young..

who said he would bet the under on the matchup of swithch/atkins vs young drew…

where did he find out where the over unders are

by matthewmafa on Nov 23, 2009 10:23 PM PST up reply actions

I don’t think he knew what the over/under was, he just blindly took the under out of fun. He was barely right in this case. :)

What Xeifrank said.

I live for barely right. Living on the edge.

Clayton only pitches in all the Game #2 and Game #6 of each series. Sorry if I didn’t explain that well.

Haren vs Haren

same pitcher for both teams in every game. All Game #1s are over, so Kershaw vs Kershaw in all Game #2s.

The simulator has one hell of a grittiness model.

Rockies teams

all three lost in the first round. Padres are making a push to win all three of their series. Crapshoot theory in place. :)

My bad, I had four Rockies teams. The 4th team of Fowler/Helton barely squeeked through.

Final Four

Down to the final four remaining 2-Man teams.

D.Fowler/T.Helton battle A.Ethier/C.Blake in the final matchup from the winners bracket, with the loser moving down to play in the finals of the losers bracket against the winner of the M.Ramirez/J.Loney vs C.Gonzalez/T.Tulowitzki series.

There are two Dodgers and two Rockies teams left.

Ethier/Blake need to defeat Fowler/Helton in two series to win the tourney. They are half way to winning the first series.
