As expected, Scott Elbert was optioned to Double-A Chattanooga after last night's game. Presumably, this is to clear a spot for Cory Wade, who is expected to be activated from the DL today. However, as Tony Jackson notes, "Wade won't be activated until they have one final conversation with him tomorrow just to make sure he is fine."
