True Blue hits 100,000 views in April

Which may not be a big deal to our readers but it is a big deal to the writers. At the beginning of this year True Blue was languishing as one of the least read blogs on SB Nation even though we reside in one of the biggest markets. As you can see from the chart True Blue has grown from 21, 000 views to 106, 000 views on a monthly basis. Even more important membership has grown to almost 800 with over 30% of the growth coming in the last two months.

From all of us at True Blue, thanks for coming by and participating in our Dodger community.

Soon it will just be press releases and blogs. Who will the players/managers/coaches talk to before and after games?

When Eric, JJ24 and I were in Glendale

We talked to Josh Rawitch about credentials for bloggers. He thought that was the next step but they were still trying to figure out how to implement it. Buts it tough because now you have Dylan at the LA Times who leaves the updates to Jon at Dodger Thoughts and Ken Gurnick who writes on Dodgers.com

Very nice Phil

BCB set an all time high for visitors in April too. It’s nice to be a part of a quickly growing network.

Congrats

That is major progress in a short amount of time. It is a testament to your great writing. With the added exposure from Yahoo and being in LA, the sky is really the limit…. Although I have only been here a month and a half, thanks for all your work!

I haven't been around as much as last year

but I’d like to say I’m really impressed with the growth of this site. It amazed me last year that it seemed like only 4 people read and posted here.

Judging by last night’s game thread this is a great group of posters and hopefully things will continue to grow.

Congratz guys

The improvements made over last year have been amazing, and the results are obvious when one looks at the rapid viewership increase. Keep up the great work!
