Cy Young hopeful Chan Ho Park dominates Blew Crew.

Things don't always turn out the way you imagine - which makes the game interesting. Chan Ho Park does have something, something I never saw when he was a Dodger, but which is magically on display elsewhere. JD Drew Syndrome. I thought for shoooore the Dodgers would chase him from the mound in short order, that it was a lock he would serve up runs, but something has changed.

Star-divide

Kershaw walked 4 and struck out 5. Whoopee.  Was he haunted by the 2008 NLCS?And my hero, Juan Pierre, flied out in the bottom of the ninth with the bases loaded and 2 out. How disappointing. Thanks to Hudson for managing to get something going against the Mighty Chan Ho Park.

Um, did you start being a Dodger fan last year? Take a look at Park’s gamelog from 2000. He had some absolutely monster games that year and finished with an ERA+ of 133 (which was actually 2nd on the team to Brown’s excellent 169.) Actually, 2001 was pretty good too. In fact, even if you did start watching the Dodgers last year, he pitched pretty well last year too. So to sum up, Park has been an above average pitcher the last 3 years he’s played for the Dodgers, so I’m not really sure what you didn’t see out of him.

i stand corrected

i’m new to this: my dodger fandom really only goes back to the shawn green era: 2001ish. maybe that disqualifies my opinion of park, but all my memories of him are of frittering big leads and mediocre relief outings. you’re absolutely right, though..he was 18-10 in 2000 and an all-star in ’01 i think.

This is just ridiculous

The Vets are stil fighting but the youngsters are miffed, and Uncle Joe needs to put those boys in place.

Who exactly does he need to put in place?

The two guys struggling the most are Furcal and Ethier, both veterans.

I don't consider Andre a vet but since mannygate

Ok then most of the team needs to let this all go and get back on the bike and start moving on.
