Hiroki Kuroda Throws Pain-Free Bullpen Session
Before the game today Hiroki Kuroda threw a bullpen session without experiencing any pain. Kuroda has been on the disabled list since Opening Day and his return would provide a huge lift to the Dodgers, presumably allowing them to take Jeff Weaver out of the rotation.
Dodgers trainer Stan Conte said, "We haven't set a schedule, because an oblique strain is one of those injuries that's touch-and-go. But it appears the muscle is healed." Kuroda's return is probably still weeks away.

HiroKi by early June would really help at this point.
The earlier the better in June. Then Manny next. We should be able to keep the Giants at bay meanwhile.
Agreed.
I’m still not that worried about the Giants. They just don’t have the offense unless they make some trades.
