Judging by some of the articles being written in various news outlets and looking at some of the posts here, I think we are starting to grip a little harder than we need to. I know, the past has not been kind to Dodger Nation, we have seen some dark days my friends. Just like anyone who has seen to much, we are all a little shell shocked from our previous experiences. Before I go on, it could be worse guys, you could be a Cubs fan or one of those moron Giant fans. Look in the mirror, your a DODGER fan, so let's pull it together here! Manny is slumping, Bills is hurting, Kuroda took a line drive off the bat of some guy we will never hear from again (and charges $12 for a autograph), Russell Martin is hitting more like Steve Yeager as the season passes (much love to Yeager) and the grip is on. 37 games...that's what's left in the season. Even when the series with the Rockies has come and gone, there are games to be played that the Dodgers are going to have to do well to win. Dodgers still have to play the Giants down the strecth so this is big but it doesn't determine the season...yet.... Do I have stats to soothe your soul? No....do I have some secret interview with a key player who knows something? No....All I have is True Blue faith that this team is going to make something happen, make a statement, make us proud.
