Angels Trade For Scott Kazmir

The Angels traded minor leaguers Alexander Torres and Matthew Sweeney plus a PTBNL to the Rays for Scott Kazmir. On the one hand the Angels didn't give up much but on the other hand Kazmir hasn't been very good this year (1.82 K/BB ratio, 5.01 tRA) and he's owed over $20 million over the next two years. Your thoughts?
