Chad Billingsley is not our guy

Hey, can you stop pitching Quality Starts from now on? It is really annoying that you pitch with great stuff and bad command that nobody can hit you but can walk because the opposition cannot hit you. You should be like Jon Garland, and give up hits every inning and then everyone will like you and claim you're an ace despite a career 4.41 ERA, and a 4.71 FIP.

Moral of the story. Chad Billingsley should be just like Jon Garland.

Star-divide

P.S. The offense needs to stop being bad.

belisario 6th

sherrill or kuo 7th and 8th depending on which inning has more lefties… put sherrill in for the more lefties one… and broxton in the 9th..

Hey, you can arrest the beginning of quality of launch d’ now in then? It is really annoying that launch with large roba and l’ defective order that nobody can hit it but you can walk because l’ opposition cannot hit it. You would have to be as Jon Garland and dates in on hit every inning and then will appreciate all it and demand you’ with reference to an ace in spite of un’ ERA of career 4,41 and to a FIP 4.71. Moral of the history. The Republic of the Chad Billingsley would have to be hardly like Jon Garland. Star-it divides P.S. L’ offense must stop of being defective.

Only shows a bunch of question marks on my browser. Would be nice if it translated into pinyin.

ok, looks much better on my other browser. If my Chinese is right, and it’s a little rusty right now as it’s been a year since my last trip to the Middle Kingdom, it seems to be making an argument for Chad Billingsley would make a good person to help smuggle pirated DVDs and computer software into the country because of his large butt. Again, my translation could be a little off but that seems to be the gist of it.

chad cannot go #1

his last few starts were aiiiite but lets not forget who they were against. in a short series as in the playoffs you need to have at least 1 guy who you know will give your team a chance to win. i still like wolf and kershaw 1 and 2 and then I would say who ever get the most run support after them should go 3. chad can throw a few innings but i agree take him out after 4 or 5 and give it to the bullpen. he isnt the horse he used to be and i’d rather not blow our best chance to win a world series in a long time

Shaqfor3 is right!

Chad is a very good pitcher through 5 innings. After that he is a very bad pitcher. I hope Joe will work this out for the play-offs.

Clayton Kershaw

I see Kershaw as the next David Price of the play-offs…….anybody agree?

by MineYack on Sep 30, 2009 11:08 AM PDT reply actions

Kershaw will have success while starting though :)

great call

Kershaw has better numbers than Beckett had in 2003 going into October, but that’s when he established himself. I hope Kershaw can have a similar coming out party this year.

Maybe if he gets that home run / hit ratio down from 50% He wouldn't Suck

e.g. If he game up three more hits last night, it would be down to 20%.

As it is every other hit is a home run, he sucks.
