PrintI just wanted to quickly thank everyone for coming out last night (or saying they were sorry that couldn't come out last night). I had a great time and it was great to put faces to names.
Some highlights for me in no particular order:
- AJ singing California
- Tripon rick rolling the bar
- Eric's "fuck the giants" commentary during "Through With You" by Eve 6
- Delias man's song choice (it was delightfully unexpected)
- Eric singing Regulators. By himself.
- Dave getting down to some Billy Idol
- Craig classing up the joint not just once (Under My Skin) but twice (We Love L.A.)
- Josie doing a SOMERSAULT during Knights of Cydonia; I hope she goes for the barrel roll next time.
- Reg saying "This song goes out to anyone who wants to live forever" before singing "Live Forever"
- Grimjack getting grilled about whether or not he likes the Lakers and answering "I'm a hockey fan", thoroughly confusing the man asking him.
- Nolander's bravery in bringing his super cute wife to the event
Again, thanks for everyone showing up. Not to be too gushy and mushy and lame, but y'all are a really great bunch of people and I'm honored to annoy most of you on a daily basis over the internet. :)

Reg’s intro to “Live Forever” was truly an LOL moment. Hilarious.
Don’t forget Reg & Josie combining for Roxette’s “You’ve Got The Look” and Dave being asked to play Kid Rock by the karaoke hostess!
That girl
that the hostess asked me to sing with (Sheryl Crow to my Kid Rock) was the most tone deaf person I may have ever encountered. She was downright awful.

didn’t really try to get Mrs. Nolander to experiment as far as I could tell. It really came as no surprise that Mrs. Nolander was rather petite. ;-)
