I noticed this link over at minorleagueball.com and looked at the story. I don't believe it has been linked here yet, so here it is.

The author, Steve, was at the game and was able to get behind the plate to scout Martin. He comes to conclusion that Martin's stuff is good enough to start behind Kershaw, meaning he feels he could be better than Billingsley.  Enjoy
