There should always be. Postgame stuff and about 30 minutes after the last pitch it should start.

They say to never hit a man with a closed fist. But it is, on occasion, hilarious.

Sorry man. DodgerTalk might be blacked out on the internet feed…

I think the good news for LA is no Broxton tonight

Maybe they’ll score a bunch of runs tomorrow to save his chances for ATL

Stubhub

$300 plus for upper concourse for Game 1.

by Alex41592 on Jun 1, 2010 10:24 PM PDT reply actions

Yeah but are those seats selling

I would be worried by now if I was trying to sell these tickets.

by bhsportsguy on Jun 1, 2010 10:26 PM PDT up reply actions

Since stubhub has gone to e-tickets

I never buy sooner than day of. Let people eat their ridiculous expectations

OT

I’m being a huge nerd and reading the novelization of The Phantom Menace.

I do not recommend it unless you want to kill your dreams and kick your happiness in the metaphorical junk.

C'mon.

Of course I have.

In fact, I marathoned the OG trilogy on Saturday because I was on call and got to sit by my computer all day. :(

The novelization of Revenge of the Sith though…really good.

Well, they're not that bad if you like Star Wars

For instance I like almost every Highlander movie even though they haven’t made a decent one in several centuries

by aducker on Jun 1, 2010 10:33 PM PDT up reply actions

PM Novel?

So basically you’ve got a book version of a movie with no real plot, no character development, no good dialog…but great visuals….which means the book version has pretty much nothing?

by aducker on Jun 1, 2010 10:29 PM PDT up reply actions

I wouldn’t bother with reading any Star Wars novels nowadays. But one book I’m really looking forward to reading this summer is The Passage. Check out the synopsis…sound like Steven King meets Cormac McCarthy…

Not a big surprise

I wonder if they’ll try him at third, or just stick him at 1B or RF.

Oh, the Dodgers clinch another Western Division series

vs. AZ 3-0 series (7-1 games so far)
vs. CO 2-0 series (4-2)
vs. SD 1-0-1 series (4-1)
vs. SF 1-0 series (2-1)

7-0-1 (17-5 so far)

Last season

I think at this point they were

vs. CO (8-1)
vs. SD (6-2)
vs. SF (3-3)
vs. AZ (4-1)

7-1-1 (21-7)
