AAA – Journeyman Scott Etherton has been brilliant in back to back starts. One day after being name the PCL pitcher of the week, Etherton threw another seven scoreless innings, giving him fourteen scoreless innings over his last two games. The Isotope bullpen blew this game with Scot Dohman getting rocked for four runs in the 9th. Hoffman collected three hits
AA – Trayvon Robinson collected two more singles, giving him two hits in each of the last three games. The PCL player of the week has a .988 OPS over his last 10 games. Gordon was hit-less in four at bats.
High A –Ethan Martin needs to stay away from Lancaster or maybe he just pitches well when CoolGuy does the writeups. On May 9th Martin was tagged for nine runs while pitching in front of Lancaster Loonies. Tonight he only gave up six runs, but he also only got four outs before being pulled. The 66er pitchers did not strike out one batter according to the box score. Offensively Austin Gallagher had four hits, but of course they were all singles for the big first baseman. The box score says the 66ers got 13 hits, but everyone was a single.
A –25 year old Will Savage improved to 5-1 but I have no idea what he's doing in Low A Ball. Sands continues to struggle going 0/3 with two more K's. Cavazos-Galvez stole his 17th base, giving Gordon some competition for the stolen base lead.
