What the hell
happened to Wandy Rodriguez and Rickey Nolasco
Patience is for those who die waiting for something to happen
Wandy has been terrible for sure.
I guess Nolasco has been too.
I say we try and give Wandy a fresh start!
The plan was for him to get sent down tomorrow for Padilla.

I’d keep him and send Troncoso down. I would think the Dodgers would not want to burn Troncoso’s last option, but its getting to the point where troncoso’s pretty close to getting non-tendered instead. Save as much of him as you can, I guess.
Doesn't being in the majors automatically burn the option year?
Like, would ARod have an option year left? I would think not.

Nope
Being on the 40-man roster but not on the 25-man roster burns an option year.
After five years of service time, options don’t matter anyway

Okay, I figured there had to be a ceiling on it.

Troncoso has two option years left. The only one used was in 2008

Nope
He’ll go with Padilla getting activated tomorrow, right?

I hope they at least gave him two weeks worth of per diem
before they send him packing

But what specifically? I don’t recall anything other than his RBI triple, bobble on the single, and the near diving catch

I hate to ask but since I missed it
and I’m too lazy to read all the comments- was Manny booed or applauded at the beginning of the game?
he was boolauded
Look at that, he hit the f*cking bull! Guy gets a free steak!

Now
Now you give the Beat LA chant? Like this score erases last night’s result

Atchison looks like he'd make us a good 5th starter

OT: Things I find odd as a teacher.
Students actually expect you to know stuff. Not just content wise to your subject, but like everything. And take your word for it no matter what.
Like I know anything
as a kid I thought my teachers lived at the school

Totally
I still find myself reciting as gospel things my 4th grade teacher said in response to one of our questions.
At that age there is no gray area. Things are either right or wrong.

i blew a students mind once...
when i told him everything in textbooks isn’t necessarily fact and could just be someones perspective…
It would be nice
if the whole team was back to normal but I don’t think that has happened for more than a few games this year. Yet we still linger at the top. So maybe we should stay abnormal?
It looks like
we are taking out all the steam from the Sox tonight so they’ll just be limping along the next two games! Good gameplan. We’ll take the next two games in the name of LA!
I just watched The Sting recently; I am distrusting of everybody :)

There's something wrong with my MLBTV. It just showed Garrett Anderson homering.
Weird. Anyone else have that bug?

So has Vin done the whole game on radio?

Strangly I haven't lost PRIME audio or video on MLB.TV
But I’m on the East Coast so that may be the difference
Okay, trying to visualize
Andre was robbed at gunpoint, the bad guys got one out, but we were able to keep the inning going

Perfect way to perhaps end this game or make it more interesting.
Dreadocks!

EIther way I think we can say this has been an exciting game
Dodgers let it slip away most likely but it’s been alright
What was Manny thinking during that last pitch?
It was a bit inside but—— Geez!!!!
PrimeTicket now making us live the horror over again?
It was actually a really nice pitch, Bard throws 99 and then he throws a pitch like that with a little
tricky break to it. It made me frustrated but not angry…

That's a shame Boston.
Too bad we still have this:
