Great play by the Beard. Made it look easy.

Blake will a hell of a play there

Look at that, he hit the f*cking bull! Guy gets a free steak!

What the hell

happened to Wandy Rodriguez and Rickey Nolasco

Patience is for those who die waiting for something to happen

by Phil Gurnee on Jun 18, 2010 6:49 PM PDT reply actions

Wandy has been terrible for sure.

I guess Nolasco has been too.

I say we try and give Wandy a fresh start!

Nice effort by The German.

by Eric Stephen on Jun 18, 2010 6:51 PM PDT reply actions

He has been solid

Is he gonna stay up? Or is he gone when Bills comes back?

by keithc13 on Jun 18, 2010 6:53 PM PDT up reply actions

The plan was for him to get sent down tomorrow for Padilla.

by Eric Stephen on Jun 18, 2010 6:53 PM PDT up reply actions

oh yeah

forgot about Night Stalker

by keithc13 on Jun 18, 2010 6:54 PM PDT up reply actions

I’d keep him and send Troncoso down. I would think the Dodgers would not want to burn Troncoso’s last option, but its getting to the point where troncoso’s pretty close to getting non-tendered instead. Save as much of him as you can, I guess.

by Tripon on Jun 18, 2010 6:55 PM PDT up reply actions

Nope

Being on the 40-man roster but not on the 25-man roster burns an option year.

After five years of service time, options don’t matter anyway

by Eric Stephen on Jun 18, 2010 6:57 PM PDT up reply actions

Okay, I figured there had to be a ceiling on it.

by Michael White on Jun 18, 2010 6:58 PM PDT up reply actions

Troncoso has two option years left. The only one used was in 2008

by Eric Stephen on Jun 18, 2010 6:59 PM PDT up reply actions

Nope

He’ll go with Padilla getting activated tomorrow, right?

by Michael White on Jun 18, 2010 6:53 PM PDT up reply actions

I hope they at least gave him two weeks worth of per diem

before they send him packing

Patience is for those who die waiting for something to happen

You mean tonight, or in general?

by Eric Stephen on Jun 18, 2010 6:56 PM PDT up reply actions

tonight.

I kinda know what happened to him in general.

by Tripon on Jun 18, 2010 6:58 PM PDT up reply actions

But what specifically? I don’t recall anything other than his RBI triple, bobble on the single, and the near diving catch

by Eric Stephen on Jun 18, 2010 7:00 PM PDT up reply actions

I'm curious as to the answer myself

Patience is for those who die waiting for something to happen

by Phil Gurnee on Jun 18, 2010 7:01 PM PDT up reply actions

I think I woke up on the near diving catch.

I swear I heard Vin just sighing about Kemp’s defense.

by Tripon on Jun 18, 2010 7:02 PM PDT up reply actions

Thought it was a good effort.

I hate to ask but since I missed it

and I’m too lazy to read all the comments- was Manny booed or applauded at the beginning of the game?

he was boolauded

It’s good to have him back to normal

by keithc13 on Jun 18, 2010 7:10 PM PDT reply actions

It would be nice

if the whole team was back to normal but I don’t think that has happened for more than a few games this year. Yet we still linger at the top. So maybe we should stay abnormal?

by RawhideBlue on Jun 18, 2010 7:12 PM PDT up reply actions

It looks like

we are taking out all the steam from the Sox tonight so they’ll just be limping along the next two games! Good gameplan. We’ll take the next two games in the name of LA!

by RawhideBlue on Jun 18, 2010 7:10 PM PDT reply actions

We’re down by five and Manny would be the sixth man up in the 9th.

There's something wrong with my MLBTV. It just showed Garrett Anderson homering.

Weird. Anyone else have that bug?

by Alex41592 on Jun 18, 2010 7:32 PM PDT reply actions

What was Manny thinking during that last pitch?

It was a bit inside but—— Geez!!!!

PrimeTicket now making us live the horror over again?

by RawhideBlue on Jun 18, 2010 7:32 PM PDT reply actions

It was actually a really nice pitch, Bard throws 99 and then he throws a pitch like that with a little

tricky break to it. It made me frustrated but not angry…
