Garrett must be out of the roster
I cant believe that Joe Torre took the decision to keep Garrett over Xavier Paul, Garrett in my opinion has done nothing this year for the team, and still seems like he is certain spot in the roster, i just wish that Joe Torre wasn'tso stubborn on him just because he is an experience player.
Xavier Paul, Reed Johnson has done better work in the outfield and both has batted much better than him.

yeah but
look you dont sit a young player like Paul at the end of the bench. Anderson provides pop so if you get rid of anderson you have to replace him with a bat that can provide power. Plus what good does it do if Paul gets a couple of AB’s here and there. Not only that i mean come on you cant turn paul into a pinch hitter. Its hard enough for a veteran guy to do it. He has a chance to start next year dont stunt his growth. He will be up when someone gets hurt, rosters expand, and the playoffs.
Seems silly after the GA walkoff
but with Manny in LF, Paul would get plenty of playing time to stay fresh. He can run, he can throw, he can play all three outfield positions. Right now the only thing that GA can do is pinch hit and with Manny as one of the starting left fielders I think you need a guy who can do more then that. Paul is not some snot nosed prospect, he’s been around, he can handle the bench.
Patience is for those who die waiting for something to happen

You have the same
player is in Johnson. Yeah but a kid can loose his confidence sitting the pine. There are not enough abs for manny kemp ethier and Johnson. No let him get his 3+ abs every day and get ready to fight for that job next year. Plus do you really want Paul as your LH pinch hitter at this point. Sure they may need to get rid of Anderson but for a bat that provides power off the bench.
