Webster. All y’all voting Lee better have Gould as your number two.

What does one have to do with the other?

They were really similar this year minus five million dollars.

Yes, pitching in the most friendly pitching park in a pitchers league they did okay.

Yup. But if it’s good enough for Lee it should be good….
As Gould.

Both bonus baby guys. Basically the same age. Played at the same level. One of the two had better results at that level.

Yes, but one could easily feel Lee is one based on the scouting reports and Webster two. If people were voting on minor league results then Eovaldi was clearly the best pitcher in the minor league system when taking into account age, level, and park.

Significant size difference in those bonus. Like one is about 4-5 times bigger than the other.

That's exactly my plan
Then Eo, then Webster. This team needs some damn hitting prospects.

Is that good enough?

Eovaldi
I am not jazzed by any of these guys, really. I’m currently a “call me when you reach AA” guy, and Eovaldi not only reached AA but the majors and acquitted himself well. A better performance by Lee could have won my vote — the scouts’ praise of his repertoire means a lot — but a performance we can call “good enough” takes a step back for me.

Upside baby. I can’t wait to see him on June 1st, 2013 and no sooner.

He’s one year removed from being getting his $5M bonus in the first round. I gotta trust the scouts on this one for now.
