James Loney had an MRI on his left knee this morning after he felt some stiffness. Don Mattingly didn't think the injury was serious, telling Dylan Hernandez of the Los Angeles Times, "He’s not feeling any pain. We just want to find out early." The Dodgers await the results of the test this afternoon, but in the meantime the first baseman will miss today's game. Russ Mitchell gets the start in his place at first base today against the Reds.
After the game on DodgerTalk with Joe Block and Josh Suchon, they will play Duke Snider's Hall of Fame induction speech, from 1980, in its entirety.
Game Time: 12:05 p.m. PST
TV: None; radio only (including the first Spanish broadcast on the new Dodgers' affiliate KTNQ 1020 AM).
