With his booming home run to right field off Bud Norris of the Astros the first inning tonight, Matt Kemp became the 25th player in Dodgers history to hit 100 home runs, and 16th Los Angeles Dodger to do so. Kemp broke his tie with his current first base coach, friend, and baserunning mentor Davey Lopes on the Dodgers' all-time home run list. It was the 11th home run for Kemp this season, which leads the team.
