The fourth annual Dodgertown Classic will again feature the USC Trojans and UCLA Bruins college baseball teams doing battle. But the 2013 event will not be held at Dodger Stadium, which is being renovated throughout the offseason. The Mar. 10 event will instead be held at Jackie Robinson Stadium, home of the Bruins.
USC and UCLA will play one another in what is technically a non-conference game at 3 p.m. PT on Mar. 10, and will be televised by the Pac-12 Networks. The other game of the Dodgertown Classic will feature Notre Dame playing Oklahoma, at 10 a.m. PT, also at Jackie Robinson Stadium.
The 2014 Dodgertown Classic will return to Dodger Stadium, and in addition to USC and UCLA will include TCU and Vanderbilt. The Commodores participated in the inaugural Dodgertown Classic in 2010.
The Mar. 10 UCLA-USC game is the first of six Bruins baseball games to be televised on the Pac-12 Networks this season.
