Dodgers acquire Rob Rasmussen from Astros for John Ely

The Dodgers on Wednesday acquired left-handed pitcher Rob Rasmussen from the Houston Astros in exchange for pitcher John Ely. The move opened up a spot on the 40-man roster for Los Angeles.
