I have been scratching my head regarding this win/loss record for about a month now. Maybe I pay too much atttention to numbers.

Here's a few numbers:

$42 Million in payroll on the DL.

$23 Million in deferred payments to players not on the team (Manny, Jones, Pierre, etc.).

That's $65 Million for players not even playing right now. I don't know how we are winning. So, I guess the baseball gods are making me throw out my stat sheets this season. GO BLUE!
