Twitter is all a flutter about a potential deal on table from the Dodgers for Ryan Dempster. The reported prospects are the now favorite trade bait, Garret Gould and 2007 First Round pick Chris Withrow.
Mike Petriello from Mike Scioscia's Tragic Illness and Chad Moriyama have somewhat signed off this, what do you think.
Fine with me. RT
@mike_petriello: The Cubs radio guy claims the two names he's heard are "Withrow & Gould." Not great, not awful, if true
Just some additional facts to discuss, Ryan Dempster is 35 and in the last year of his contract with the Cubs, he is making $14M this year so for arguments sake let's say $6.7M left.
