He does not understand how the wild card works. tonight he said they were 4 and half behind the giants AND the wild card spot (which would be Atlanta) but there are TWO wild cards, so they are just 2 behind St. Louis. If you notice, he usually never even mentions their position in relation to the wild card, as if the only way they can get in the playoffs is to catch the giants.
