LOS ANGELES -- In case you missed the latest highlight of the year in a season of great plays for the Dodgers, here is Juan Uribe playing hero with a two-run, game-winning home run in the eighth inning on Monday night in Game 4 against the Braves.
It was the fifth career postseason home run for Uribe, and his second in as many nights. With the win, the Dodgers moved on the NLCS, where they will face either the Cardinals or the Pirates beginning Friday night.
"This moment today I'll never forget," Uribe said after the game. "I see a lot of people are watching theis game, and I feel great. I feel good for myself, I feel good for my teammates. We wanted the win today."
The video is the TBS call of the home run, with Ernie Johnson on play-by-play.
Vin Scully's call on radio was great as well, especially with his reference to Uribe failing twice to lay down a sacrifice bunt during the at-bat.
"Isn't it amazing what somebody can do when he can't bunt," Scully said.
Or, if you prefer another Hall of Famer, Jaime Jarrin broadcast the home run in Spanish:
Three outs later, that gave Uribe ample reason to celebrate (hat tip to Chad Moriyama for the GIF).
