The Dodgers catcher shared his time to discuss his busy offseason and his preparation heading into his second campaign as a full-time starter.
This is a short episode of the podcast, as I interviewed Dodgers catcher A.J. Ellis, entering his second season as full-time starter.
We talked about a variety of subjects, including how entering spring training this season is different than last season, how he's excited to catch the Dodgers' pitching staff, his connection with Hyun-jin Ryu, his first time through the salary arbitration process, and more.
He also explains in detail how his third child was born, and we both attempt to cast the movie that should result from the story. Finally, Ellis talked about his days at Austin Peay University, where is resides in the school's Athletics Hall of Fame.
Since this was a brief interview, there were no questions on this episode, but to get your questions answered on a future episode please email us at tblapodcast@gmail.com.
