Dodgers-Mets on ESPN Wednesday, ISO Cam on Yasiel Puig

Rick Scuteri-USA TODAY Sports

NEW YORK -- The Dodgers game against the Mets on Wednesday night will be televised by ESPN Wednesday Night Baseball, including an isolated camera on Yasiel Puig throughout the game.

The 4:10 p.m. PT game, which will also be televised by SportsNet LA, will be blacked out on ESPN in both home markets in and around Los Angeles and New York.

But for those available to watch the ESPN broadcast, Jon Sciambi and Rick Sutcliffe will call the action along with Doug Glanville, who will provide field-level analysis from the Party City Deck in center field. The game will also be available to watch online via Watch ESPN.

ESPN Deportes will also broadcast the game, called by Ernesto Jerez and Guillermo Celis.

The ISO Cam, the first time ESPN has tried this with baseball, will focus on Puig and a Mets outfielder all game, allowing Glanville to break down various aspects of outfield play, from positioning to paths to the ball to communication with infielders and coaches in the dugout.

Hyun-jin Ryu will start on the mound for the Dodgers, making his return from the disabled list after missing 3½ weeks with left shoulder inflammation. Jacob deGrom starts the middle game of the series for the Mets, making his second major league start.
