Advanced Class-A Rancho Cucamonga:  The Quakes finished their weekend in Stockton maybe wishing they had spent it in Vegas instead as the Quakes scored seven runs for the third straight game and the swept the 3-game series from the Ports (Athletics) by a 7 - 4 score.  Chris Anderson gave up 2 runs in both the first and second inning but the Quakes rallied back and Anderson finished with his second win.  4 other pitchers allowed just one hit to the ports and Blake Smith got his third save.  Aaron Miller and Tyler Ogle hit solo home runs, Chris Jacobs and Corey Seager each went 3 for 5.

Class-A Great Lakes:  The Loons were down 6 to the Hot Rods (Rays) but in the 9th, they put on a furious late rally but Bowling Green held on to defeat Great Lakes 6 - 4.   Luis Chirinos and James Baune each pitched 3 innings and each gave up 3 runs.  Victor Araujo and Mark Pope threw scoreless innings.  Kyle Farmer, Webster Rivas and Brandon Trinkwon each had 2 hits, Joey Curletta was 1 for 4 with an RBI.
