Hyun-jin Ryu gets the call on Friday night, looking for his fourth straight win since returning from the disabled list. Ryu in his last three starts has 20 strikeouts and one walk. Eddie Butler will make his major league debut Friday night for Colorado. The 23-year-old right-hander was rated the No. 24 prospect in baseball in the preseason by Baseball America, No. 26 by Baseball Prospectus, and No. 41 by MLB.com

Saturday, 1:10 p.m. PT (SportsNet LA)

This is what a slump consists of for Zack Greinke: seven runs allowed in two starts, with 18 strikeouts and two walks in 13⅔ innings. Jhoulys Chacin has allowed 20 runs and has 16 walks in 32⅔ innings, with 20 strikeouts, and the Rockies have lost all six of his starts.
