Bob Timmermann pointed this piece out to me and thought it worthy of a fan shot. To be honest, I hadn't read Plaschke's piece because I knew it was offensive and I was in a good mood so while spoil it? But then I read it before reading Wallace's piece and Plaschke's piece is the expected embarrassment and Wallace dissects him in extremely astute fashion. Anyway, thought I'd share it.
