Open Thread: Game 38 - @ San Francisco Giants

While the Dodgers and Giants are tied for last place in the NL West, they are just three games out of first place. On the heels of the division's pathetic performance last season, where the division was awarded to the least crappy team, all five clubs seem to be getting things in order and creating new identities. Of course, the Giants' identity still centers around the amazing Barry Bonds. Like it or not, his hitting has been absolutely phenominal, as exemplified by the fact that he's attempting to catch Babe Ruth in the home run books. Today is his last chance to do it in San Francisco until May 22, when they return to AT&T Park after a six game road trip. The fact that they're playing the Dodgers, and playing to stay out of last place, just ups the ante.
