Well, the Dodgers finally squandered the lead they built on the pack. Now they're fully fledged members of that pack--an equal distance from first and last places in the NL West. The good news is that the afore-mentioned distance is...one game. I can't remember a season that went this far with the division packed so tightly.
Hopefully, youth can continue to serve (despite the demotion of Willy Aybar) the Dodgers tonight with Billingsley facing the former Angel Washburn. The lineup looks strong with a lefty on the mound, but the last time I said that, Barry Zito got the win.
So I'll just say "good luck, boys" and leave it at that.
