SI.com's Jon Heyman is reporting that the Dodgers turned down an offer of Johan Santana for Clayton Kershaw and Andre Ethier.
As usual, the rumor itself means absolutely nothing to me, but it's notable because this is the first rumor I've seen in a while that didn't require us giving up Kemp, Billingsley, LaRoche, Kershaw and Joe Beimel's first born in order to acquire a player. The rumor makes our G.M. look like the idiot for not accepting it.
