Dodgers Need Offense To Get Back On Track

Since ending Clint Hurdle's Rockies' tenure with a three game sweep in Colorado, the Dodgers have scored 36 runs in 14 games, an average of 2.6 per game. Over that span, they are hitting .233/.295/.338. Dylan Hernandez of the LA Times tells us that Joe Torre is concerned:

"We've been fortunate because we won a lot of close games at home," Torre said. "We got a break here, a break there and we've made the most of it. But obviously you can't rely on that. You still have to go out there and put some points up."

Randy Wolf has struggled in his last two starts, giving up five and six runs to the Diamondbacks and Phillies, respectively. He has been prone to the long ball, giving up six in his last four starts over 25.2 innings.

Scott Feldman, who was 5-0 as a starter before losing his last start to Toronto, starts for Texas.

Jonathan Broxton is expected to be back with the club today, says Ken Gurnick.

Andruw Jones is expected to start for Texas. And he is batting third; here are the lineups:

Rangers Dodgers
2B Kinsler LF Pierre
3B Young SS Furcal
DH Andruw 2B Hudson
RF Cruz RF Ethier
LF Murphy 3B Blake
CF Byrd 1B Loney
1B Davis DH Loretta
C Saltalamacchia C Martin
SS Andrus CF Kemp
