The Dodgers and MLB today agreed to let Frank McCourt use his financing for the teams immediate needs, with another hearing on July 20 in Delaware to replace McCourt's financing with a plan proposed by MLB. Bill Shaikin of the LA Times has more details. See also Tim Brown of Yahoo! Sports for more information.

On the field tonight, the Dodgers look to continue their hit parade against the Twins, in a battle of southpaws between Ted Lilly and Brian Duensing.

Per today's Dodgers game notes, the Dodgers have four of the top nine batting averages in the National League in June:

1) Aaron Miles, .414

2) Matt Kemp, .395

8) Tony Gwynn Jr., .347

9) James Loney, .345

Matt Kemp's .567 wOBA is tops in the National League (and MLB) this month, the only Dodger in the top 35.
