Last place, shmast place. The Dodgers are sending three to the All-Star Game on Tuesday in Phoenix. Hometown boy Andre Ethier was named Friday as a replacement for Final Vote winner and Hiroki Kuroda target calibrator Shane Victorino, who was placed on the disabled list. Ethier started for the NL last season, and is just the 12th Dodgers outfielder to make the All-Star team in consecutive seasons:
