The Dodgers were officially eliminated in their penultimate game of the season, which makes the final weekly (and monthly) review a bittersweet one. Here is a look at the 27th and final week of the season, which just happened to also contain all three October games.
Dodger Batter of the Week: For playing one more game, Andre Ethier takes the award narrowly over A.J. Ellis. Both homered, and Ethier added a pair of doubles as well.
Dodger Pitcher of the Week: For acing his final start of the year, Clayton Kershaw won the award. Kenley Jansen gets honorable mention for being second on the team with seven strikeouts, in just three innings of work.
