Chris Capuano takes the mound for the Dodgers on Sunday afternoon as they try to take the series finale against the Houston Astros, in the final game these two teams will play as National League opponents.
Chris Capuano started each of his first two starts with four scoreless innings, but then faltered quickly. In San Diego on April 7, Capuano imploded with three walks in the fifth inning and couldn't finish the frame, then five days later he allowed a run in the fifth and was pulled with one out after allowing another run in the sixth.
Since then, however, Capuano has pitched seven consecutive quality starts and is tied for the club lead in that department with Clayton Kershaw, who has made one more start.
