After going 0-for-5 Friday night and in the midst of a week-long slump, Matt Kemp is out of the Dodgers' lineup on Saturday in their middle game of a weekend series against the Giants.
UPDATE: Dylan Hernandez of the LA Times is reporting on twitter that Kemp will miss the remainder of the series with San Francisco (at least) and will undergo a shoulder MRI.

Kemp crashed into the center field wall at Coors Field on Aug. 28, and really hasn't been the same since. He suffered a left knee contusion on the play, had to have x-rays on his jaw (which were negative), and has also been dealing with shoulder injuries of late stemming from the wall crash.
After missing two games, Kemp returned to the lineup on Aug. 31, but has hit just .100 (3-for-30) in seven games since coming back.
Starting Lineups
With Kemp out, Shane Victorino moves to center field, and Juan Rivera is playing left field.
