NLDS Game 4: Dodgers-Braves using same starting lineups again

Each team in this NLDS between the Dodgers and Braves has used the same starting lineup for all four games.

LOS ANGELES -- The Dodgers are sticking with what works, using the same starting lineup for the fourth consecutive game of their National League Division series against the Braves.

The lineup has scored 22 runs in the first three games of the series, including tying a Dodgers postseason record with 13 runs scored in Game 3.

Clayton Kershaw is starting on three days rest on Monday night, making this the same exact lineup as Game 1 on Thursday in Atlanta. The only difference in the lineups for both teams is that Freddy Garcia starts on the mound for the Braves.

The Dodgers haven't used the same starting eight four games in a row since doing so in five straight games from May 12-16, 2009, per Bob Timmermann.

Atlanta is also using the same starting lineup for a fourth consecutive game. They have scored 11 runs in the series, but just one was scored against Kershaw in Game 1.
