The Dodgers will play their Class-A affiliate, the Rancho Cuamonga Quakes in an exhibition game on Thursday night in the Inland Empire, one of two split squad games for the Dodgers on Thursday.

Starting players Adrian Gonzalez, Carl Crawford, and Luis Cruz highlight the Dodgers' roster in Rancho Cucamonga Thursday night, along with outfielder Yasiel Puig, who was optioned to Double-A Chattanooga on Tuesday.

Tommy Lasorda will manage the split squad in Rancho Cuamonga, with Triple-A manager Lorenzo Bundy as his bench coach and Triple-A pitching coach Glenn Dishman as his pitching coach. John Valentin is coaching first base, Jose Vizcaino is coaching third, Ken Howell is the bullpen coach, Fumi Ishibashi is the bullpen catcher, and Steve Yeager is on the coaching staff as well.

Jerry Hairston Jr., Alex Castellanos, and Alfredo Amezaga also made the trip to Rancho Cucamonga, as did starter Stephen Fife and relief pitcher Peter Moylan. The other player from big league camp on the travel roster is Matt Wallach, who will start at catcher.

Players from the minor league side to suit up for the Dodgers on Thursday in Rancho Cucamonga include pitchers Geison Aguasviva, Eric Eadington, and Ryan Acosta; catchers Austin Cowen and Chris O'Brien; and infielders Brian Barden, Omar Luna, C.J. Retherford, and Bladimir Franco. For Cowen, a 35th round pick in 2012 and Franco, a 22-year-old Dominican third baseman, this is their first time suiting up in a big league game this spring.

Chris Reed, the Dodgers' first round draft pick in 2011, will start for the Quakes. Other pitchers on the Rancho Cucamonga roster for the exhibition game include converted infielder Pedro Baez, Michael Thomas, and 2012 draft picks Ross Stripling, Scott Griggs, Zachary Bird, and Eric Smith.

Corey Seager, the Dodgers' first round draft pick in 2012, highights the position players for Rancho Cucamonga, and he'll be joined by fellow infielders Darnell Sweeney, Angelo Songco, Webster Rivas, Leomartes Rodriguez, and minor league Rule 5 pick Elevys Gonzalez; and outfielders James Baldwin, Paul Hoenecke, Jeremy Rathjen, Jonathan Garcia, and Scott Schebler.
