Because of conflicts with the Anaheim Ducks and Los Angeles Clippers, the Dodgers' games on Wednesday in San Diego and Friday in Arizona are going to be shown on tape delay on Prime Ticket, something that simply hasn't happened in recent years outside of a conflict with the exclusive window by big Fox.
Wednesday's game against the Padres is a 7:10 p.m. PT start, and Friday's against the Diamondbacks begins at 6:40 p.m. PT
But the games on Wednesday and Friday have been made available to providers to show live on alternate channels. Here are the channels to watch Wednesday and Friday's games live:
- AT&T: channel 696 (HD 1696)
- Cox Santa Barbara: 8
- Cox Orange County: 3
- Cox Las Vegas: 96
- Cox Palos Verdes: 3
- DirecTV: 689 (HD: 689-1)
- Dish: Apr. 10 449 (HD 9519) / Apr. 12 441 (HD to be determined)
- Time Warner Los Angeles: HD 700
- Time Warner Desert Cities, Yucca, Banning: HD 590
- Time Warner Barstow: HD 671
- Time Warner Oceanic: 260 (HD 1260)
- Verizon: 1
Outside of Oceanic, Time Warner customers without high definition boxes won't be able to see the game live.
It's the Dodgers' last season with games on Prime Ticket, and it seems the outgoing team has been given a lower status on the channel. After two consecutive springs with all home games televised, mostly by Prime Ticket and some by KCAL, the Dodgers went into spring training with zero games on Prime Ticket, though four games were eventually added on the channel. It will be interesting to see if any future conflicts happen with Prime Ticket, and how they are handled.
