PHOENIX -- The Dodgers look to snap a four-game losing streak on Tuesday night against the Diamondbacks at Chase Field, and will do so with a much more playoff-type lineup. Matt Kemp and Hanley Ramirez are back for the Dodgers on Tuesday.
For Kemp, it's his first start since July 21. He has homered in three of his last four starts (he left with an injury in the second inning of the other), but the first of those games was July 3. Kemp took several at-bats before Tuesday's game on the field at Chase Field against minor league pitchers Pedro Baez and Duke Von Schamann.
Ramirez last played Thursday against the Giants, and missed the last four games with an irritated nerve in his back. Scott Van Slyke, who has been dealing with a cramp in his rib cage, gets the start in left field against the southpaw Patrick Corbin.
