Dodgers sign Frank Sanchez, Edwin Reyes, Jerson Dometilia

LOS ANGELES -- The Dodgers announced the signing of three international amateurs on Wednesday, a trio of 16-year-olds including Juan Uribe's nephew.

Frank Sanchez is a shortstop from San Cristobal in the Dominican Republic, and is the nephew of the Dodgers' third baseman. Sanchez was signed by Dodgers scouts Bob Engle, Patrick Guerrero and Franklin Taveras.

Edwin Reyes is another Dominican shortstop, out of Azua, signed by Taveras.

Jerson Dometilia is listed by the Dodgers as a catcher/infielder from Willemstad, Curacao, the same hometown as closer Kenley Jansen. Dometilia was signed by scouts Rolando Chirino and Guerrero.

The 2014-2015 international signing period runs from July 2 to June 15. The bonuses for these three are unknown, but here are the known international amateurs signed by the Dodgers to date:
